Chief Financial Officer – Exent
As Chief Financial Officer of Exent, Ms. Bar is responsible for Exent’s financial strategy and operations. In this role, Bar ensures the company’s capital structure supports its business plans and needs, is in charge of financial reporting and planning, investor relations, legal and tax, and maintains a strong control and compliance environment while leading the company’s finance organization.
Prior to joining Exent, Ms. Bar served as an Audit Manager at Deloitte in the High-Tech (TMT) division.
Ms. Bar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting (cum laude) and Economics and M.B.A from Tel Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
