Exent Appoints Alan Snodgrass as President

San Francisco, - January 4, 2007 Exent Technologies has appointed longtime Intel executive, Alan Snodgrass as its President. In this role, Alan will oversee all of Exent’s business operations from the company’s North American headquarters.

Snodgrass spent the last 12+ years with Intel before joining Exent. Most recently, he established the business development organization for Intel’s Digital Home Group where he and his team executed strategic business deals in support of the organization’s consumer electronics and PC platforms businesses.

"Alan’s background with Intel and his vast experience with the consumer entertainment and gaming industries are invaluable to Exent as we launch new consumer offerings," said Zvi Levgoren, CEO, Exent Technologies. "Alan will play a key role in further driving to market Exent’s established EXEtender™ product line and our newly launched AdMuse™ in-game advertising product line. EXEtender and AdMuse combined are uniquely suited for creating a significant additional release window for the gaming industry through ad-supported and premium offerings. I am looking forward to working together with Alan to strengthen Exent’s market leadership position."

Exent Technologies recently launched its patent pending AdMuse™, the only solution on the market that enables in-game advertising at any stage of a game’s life cycle – during development, post-production and even after the games have been installed on a user’s machine- all without the need for any changes to the game’s source code.

"In-game advertising is poised to revolutionize the economics of the video game industry," said Snodgrass. "We believe the combination of in-game advertising, sponsored ad revenue, coupled with digital distribution of games, can create a whole new release window for new and existing titles."

Exent benefits game publishers by significantly increasing title revenues, lengthening title life cycle, and offsetting development costs. Service providers who have already taken advantage of Exent’s Games-on-Demand platform can now offer ad-based subsidized games services to create viral demand for their offerings, increase customer stickiness and reduce churn.

The company powers every major games-on-demand service on the market, including Turner’s GameTap, Verizon, Comcast and Bell Canada.
