TEL AVIV, Israel - November 7, 2006 Exent Technologies, the global market leader in broadband-based solutions for the monetization of PC and video games, was ranked the twelfth fastest growing company on the 2006 Deloitte Israel Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Israel.
This is the second year in a row that Exent has been named to the list. Exent was ranked the ninth fastest growing Israeli company in the 2005 Deloitte Israel Fast 50. To determine the fastest growing companies, Deloitte reviewed fiscal year revenues over five years (2001-2005), calculated the revenue growth percentage, and compared the growth of technology companies.
"Being one of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Israel is an impressive accomplishment. We commend Exent for making the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 with a phenomenal growth rate over five years," said Asher Mechlovich, partner in charge of the Deloitte Brightman Almagor Technology Fast 50 Program.
Over the past several years Exent Technologies has emerged as a global leader in video game digital distribution, with games-on-demand services covering most of the Western European and North American broadband audiences.
This past year Exent announced its expansion into the in-game advertising space, launching its new AdMuse™ in-game advertising technology that enables insertion of ads into games at any point in their lifespan, from development to post-production to distribution. Exent's in-game advertising solution creates new, revenue multiplying release windows for new and existing catalogs of games. Game publishers benefit by significantly reducing content costs, offsetting development costs and increasing recurring revenue. Service providers who have already taken advantage of Exent's Games-on-Demand services can now offer ad-based subsidized games services to increase customer stickiness and reduce churn.
"We are honored to be ranked among the Deloitte Israel Technology Fast 50 for the second year in a row," said Zvi Levgoren, Exent’s CEO. "Our vision of expanding the video game market through digital distribution, in-game advertising and platform enablement will allow us to continue showing significant growth in the years to come."
