EXENT TECHNOLOGIES SELECTED TO PRESENT AT CAPITAL CONNECTION 2002 VENTURE CAPITAL FAIR.

Bethesda, Md., May 22, 2002 - Exent Technologies announced today that the company was selected to present at Capital Connection 2002, an event presented by the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association (MAVA). Exent was selected from over 200 applicants to present in this prestigious event limited to those organizations identified as leaders in the region. Exent is the global leader providing streaming Application-on-Demand (AOD) technology that gives consumer and corporate businesses the ability to deliver software applications across the Internet or corporate Intranet.

Exent’s CEO, Zvi Levgoren, will present the company at the event at 10:00 a.m. on May 29th, to be held at the J.W. Marriott in Washington, D.C. “Exent has been growing across the globe at a great pace and I look forward to outlining our firm’s current success, future plans and growth potential. Exent’s current client list includes Bell Canada’s “GamesMania,” and T-Online’s Vision Games-on-Demand ; Exent will be announcing several new consumer and corporate Application Deployment and Management (ADM) clients in the upcoming weeks when commercially available.
